The drive is believed to be working, as it makes noise when plugged in power, but I don't have appropriate SCSI cable setup test if actually reads data am almost definitely sure that does, case doesn't, can't help you. It looks to be in pretty good physical condition as well - the parts that will show outside of PC look very good, and metal casing drive is slightly tarnished, but this normal for a age.

It comes with the original caddy, which only has one slight crack in see pictures. It was pulled from a customized PowerPC, which originally costed 15,000 just for those who were wondering.
