I cannot test this completely, as no longer have a mac running os 8. This is compatible with mac os 8.

This has been sitting in storage for at least ten years, probably more like 12 point.

Will include power cord and a fw400 cable. It is not usable under any kind of os x. I do not remember if it needs extra drivers beyond the built into os to work or.

6 or 9, this should work with it. Yamaha got out of the game when apple to os x.

When starting up and taking in a disc, the light flashes yellow, as it should.

It powers up and accepts discs, opens closes spins the as should. Back has rca outputs for sound, and two fw400 ports.

When the disc is loaded, it flashes green, as should. Offering as is, no guarantee that it will work, since I have way of testing completely.
