Details:

Toshiba SD-H903A. Unfortunately the tray mechanism on this one seems to be broken. Seems to be in OK shape, but definitely need of repair. From all I can tell HDDVD burners are quite rare.

Windows seems to recognize it as what is, but with a broken tray I couldn't do any further testing.
